Who we are

Quotes and project scope
Every quote we give is based on the scope agreed in writing at the time. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages, new features, or repeated design changes after approval, is quoted and agreed separately before we start it. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.
Media
Timelines we give are estimates based on receiving your content, images, logins and feedback when we ask for them. Delays in providing those will move the delivery date by a similar amount.
Payments
Website projects normally start with an advance payment, with the balance due before the site goes live. Hosting, domain and maintenance services are billed in advance for the agreed period. We confirm the full payment schedule in writing before any work begins.
Content you provide
You confirm that any text, images, logos or other material you give us is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We are not responsible for claims arising from material supplied by you. Where we source stock images on your behalf, we will tell you which licence applies.
Ownership and handover
Once a project is paid for in full, the design and content we produced for you are yours. Third-party themes, plugins and services keep their own licences, and renewing those licences remains your responsibility unless you are on one of our maintenance plans.
Hosting, domains and maintenance
Domains are registered in your name and remain yours. Hosting and maintenance run for the period paid for and renew only when you confirm. We keep backups as part of our maintenance plans, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copy of anything critical. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers, though we will always work to get you back online as quickly as possible.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a project at any time. Work already completed at that point is chargeable, and any advance covering that work is not refundable. Hosting and maintenance can be cancelled before the next renewal date. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund the portion of the payment covering the undelivered work.
Changes to these terms
